Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General Provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of services, treatments, and gift vouchers (hereinafter, “Products” or “Services”) purchased through the e-commerce section of the website gardenrelais.it (hereinafter, “Website”).
The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (hereinafter, “Customers” or the “Customer”), intended as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity carried out.
The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions made available on the Website, in order to allow them to be stored and reproduced by the Customer pursuant to Art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003.
Contracts concluded with gardenrelais.it through the Website are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree no. 209 of November 25, 2025 (in force since June 19, 2026) regarding distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003 (hereinafter, “E-commerce Decree”).
2. Identification of the Seller
The seller is Garden Relais srl, Registered Office: Via Caose, 22 – Borso del Grappa (TV), VAT ID 03550620268 (hereinafter “gardenrelais.it”). The website gardenrelais.it is owned by Garden Relais srl.
3. Information regarding Services and Vouchers
Information regarding massages, treatments, and spa gift vouchers available for distance sale through the Website is accessible on the respective product pages.
The aforementioned information is provided in accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), as last amended by Legislative Decree no. 209 of November 25, 2025 (in force since June 19, 2026).
4. Price
Prices for Services and Vouchers are inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes. All prices are expressed in Euros. There are no shipping or delivery costs, as delivery is carried out exclusively in digital format.
5. Ordering Services
Online sales of digital goods and vouchers are assimilated to mail-order sales. For these cases, the issuance of an invoice is not mandatory unless requested by the customer no later than the time the transaction is carried out (Art. 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972), with an entry in the daily revenue register being sufficient.
To purchase, the Customer must fill out and submit the electronic order form following the instructions on the Website, adding the Service to the “cart” and selecting the payment method.
Before submitting the order, the Customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors. By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have reviewed all instructions provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
The Customer can view the status of their order through the “Orders” section of their account. gardenrelais.it reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
6. Payment Methods
The Customer may pay the price of the Services by credit or debit card.
gardenrelais.it accepts major credit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, and American Express networks, as well as the main digital wallets supported by Stripe. Confidential card data is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor, without passing through the servers of gardenrelais.it.
If, for any reason, the charge proves impossible, the sale process is automatically aborted.
7. Order Confirmation and Delivery
In compliance with Art. 51, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will immediately receive an email confirmation of the concluded contract and the order summary (on a durable medium).
As these are digital services, the Customer will receive the voucher/coupon via email to enjoy the purchased massage, treatment, or SPA credit. No physical shipping will take place.
8. Ineffectiveness of the Order
No contract shall be deemed concluded if gardenrelais.it identifies objective elements and well-founded reasons related to transaction security or the risk of cyber fraud. In such cases, the order will be ineffective, and gardenrelais.it will promptly provide a full refund of any charges already incurred by the Customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the voucher/treatment within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the online purchase is concluded (receipt of the voucher via email).

Exception/Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised if the voucher or gift coupon has already been partially or fully used, or if the treatment/massage has already been booked and provided within the 14-day period, subject to the prior agreement and request of the Customer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products: Pursuant to Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is entirely excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, for all products that include workmanship specifically requested by the Customer, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal, nor request cancellations or refunds once production has begun.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for Professional Users: Professional users are not entitled to the right of withdrawal from the contract for the sale or supply of the Products. The User expressly acknowledges that indicating a VAT number in the order automatically qualifies them as a Professional User, for whom the right of withdrawal is not provided.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, at no cost to the Customer. The original voucher will be simultaneously cancelled and deactivated.
10. Conformity and Validity of Services
Gift vouchers and vouchers for treatments/massages have a limited validity period, which is clearly specified on the product page and on the voucher itself at the time of purchase. After this period, the voucher can no longer be used and is non-refundable.
In case of any non-conformity of the purchased service compared to the description on the Website, the Customer is invited to contact the facility promptly at info@gardenrelais.it to agree on appropriate changes or solutions.
11. Errors
Information regarding the Services provided on the Website is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. gardenrelais.it reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been sent.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity, and/or execution of these General Conditions, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction shall be that of the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the Italian territory.
