The Gift Cards are valid for 6 months and can be used, by booking, from Monday to Sunday (subject to availability). We inform our Guests in possession of Gift Cards that it will be necessary to communicate the identification code at the time of booking.
In the event that you have to cancel the reservation with a Gift Card, please contact us within 24 hours; if there is no advance payment, the Gift card will be considered used.

For minors
Children under the age of 18 cannot enter except with parental authorization.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents and it is forbidden to enter the wet area (Sauna, Turkish bath, Biosauna, Silence area).
The management reserves the right to recall or remove those present in the event of violation of the rules of respect for others and silence.
What should I do if I am aware of important aspects concerning my health?
When booking your treatment, please inform Reception of any information relating to your health or if you are pregnant.
Can I undergo treatments if I am pregnant?
The treatments that we can carry out for pregnant women are all facials, basic manicures and pedicures and the “Wings on the hands and feet” treatment.
What should I wear to go to the SPA?
Access to the spa is permitted wearing a bathing suit, bathrobe and slippers. Only inside: Finnish Sauna and Biosauna it is mandatory not to wear synthetic fiber clothing, but a towel or any other cotton clothing. Access to the Turkish Bath is permitted with a bathing suit or cotton towel. In other areas such as the relaxation area and swimming pools, the use of a bathing suit is mandatory.
In the changing rooms, you will have the opportunity to wear a bathrobe and slippers that will allow you to move more comfortably.
Food & Drinks
It is forbidden to consume snacks other than those offered by us within the structure.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
We advise you to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to be able to relax while sipping a healthy drink prepared for you.
What should I wear during the treatments?
The treatments are carried out wearing the hygienic briefs that will be provided to you before the treatment, to ensure greater comfort.
What happens if I am late for my treatment?
Arriving late means reducing the treatment time and not being able to fully benefit from it. The treatment will end at the established time to avoid delays for the next Guest.
What should I do if I have to cancel my reservation?
Should you revoke your treatment, we ask you to notify us by 7.00 pm the night before. If you do not notify us within the terms indicated, your reservation will be charged for the full amount of the reserved treatment.
